Reading review sheets, puzzles & activities for independent reading & learning at KS2
A reading journal is a fantastic way to help children explore literacy independently and is recommended in the NLS.
Created in school by Mary-Ann Parsons and Denise Nock, the Badger Reading Journal combines puzzles, activities and rewards with concise review pages, so that children can personalise and build up their knowledge of their favourite books. It is sprialbound to make it easy to write and draw in, and for extra child-appeal.
The Reading Journals are also a useful way for you to keep track of each child’s progress.
